SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments are free of charge and include customs duties imposed by countries as we pay them before shipping internationally.
U.K. & USA orders - There are no import duties or import taxes applicable on UK & USA orders. VAT is included in the prices, and will be shown at checkout. Because our products are shipped from our atelier in Turkey, our third party delivery agent companies may need to contact you and ask you to provide documents for customs clearance purposes (Tax code, ID card, Proof of Payment, Power of Attorney).
MENA (Middle East and North Africa) orders - Orders from MENA region may be subject to customs and duties charges. We cover these charges and send our packages with these charges paid. You may still be contacted for customs clearance purposes. Please provide the needed information to customs offices at your earliest convenience.
If there are any unexpected charges upon arrival of your shipment, please e-mail us at info@ateliergalin.com.
If your country doesn't exist in the Checkout screen, please contact us so we can arrange your order for you. You can contact via the Chat bubble or e-email us at info@ateliergalin.com
For packages that are not picked up and are returned to us, the return shipping fee and customs charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Atelier Galin, we value customer satisfaction and consumer rights after the sale. In case you encounter any issues or dissatisfaction with the product you purchased, we promptly receive your requests and aim to resolve your problems as quickly as possible.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of order. After this period, we cannot process returns. The conditions we follow regarding the product return process are listed below. If any of these conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN
1. An email must be sent to info@ateliergalin.com with your order number and a brief reasoning of the return.
2. The product to be returned (as specified below).
RETURNABLE PRODUCT
a. The product must reach us in the same condition it was received, complete with its box and accessories, and undamaged. If the product tag is removed, it will be assumed that you have waived the right of return.
b. The product to be returned must be sent within 30 days from the date the order was placed. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect in the product you received, you must email us within 2 days of receiving it and send the product back.
c. If the product you received has metal parts, wrap the metal components in tissue paper as you received them. This will prevent the metal accessories of the bag from leaving marks on the leather during transport.
Returns for products damaged during transport cannot be accepted as they lose their resale value.
We would like to emphasise that the products are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make returns with the original box placed inside a shipping bag or any other bag.
DO NOT stick any shipping labels directly on the original box that came with your product. Any box damaged during the return process will de deducted from your refund. Please note that purchases made within sale periods are all final sale as collections do not re-stock after the season has ended.
