DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders within Türkiye are shipped free of charge on the same day via Yurtiçi Kargo.
During discount periods, there may be 1-2 day delays.

Returns can be made within 7 days. You can get the shipping code for your return by sending an e-mail to info@ateliergalin.com.


Only unused products with their original tag intact can be returned.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers connecting to the site from outside of Turkey are directed to int.ateliergalin.com.

You can place orders from Europe (including the regions of Georgia and Azerbaijan), MENA Region, and North America directly.

Shipments to Europe and MENA are free of charge.

Shipments to America are sent with a fixed, nominal shipping fee. You can see this fee on the Checkout screen.

If your country doesn't exist in the Checkout screen, please contact us so we can arrange your order for you. You can contact via the Chat bubble or e-email us at info@ateliergalin.com

Customs duties imposed by countries are customers' responsibility. We cannot pay these taxes or predict their amounts.

If there are any customs charges for your product, the carrier will contact you.

For packages that are not picked up from customs and are returned to us, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Atelier Galin, we value customer satisfaction and consumer rights after the sale. In case you encounter any issues or dissatisfaction with the product you purchased, we promptly receive your requests and aim to resolve your problems as quickly as possible.

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot process returns. The conditions we follow regarding the product return process are listed below. If any of these conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN
1. An email must be sent to info@ateliergalin.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
2. The product to be returned (as specified below).

RETURNABLE PRODUCT
a. The product must reach us in the same condition it was received, complete with its box and accessories, and undamaged. If the product tag is removed, it will be assumed that you have waived the right of return.

b. The product to be returned must be sent within 7 days from the date the package was received. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect in the product you received, you must email us within 2 days of receiving it and send the product back.

c. If the product you received has metal parts, wrap the metal components in tissue paper as you received them. This will prevent the metal accessories of the bag from leaving marks on the leather during transport.

Returns for products damaged during transport cannot be accepted as they lose their resale value. We would like to emphasise that the products are your responsibility until they reach us.


RETURN SHIPPING CONDITIONS
a. The product or products to be returned will be sent via the shipping code we provide. This code can be given directly to the shipping carrier staff and contains our information and paid-for shipping for your return. Return costs will later be deducted from your refund amount. 
b. Once your return reaches us and is inspected and verified that it is unused, you will be notified via email, and your refund will be processed.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account is at the discretion of your bank.

EXCHANGES
Our company does not process direct exchanges; after your return is completed, you must create a new order for the exchange.

Are Atelier Galin products geniune leather?

Each Galin masterpiece is meticulously fashioned from top-tier leather and suede, tailored for discerning individuals who appreciate excellence and sophistication.

 Do you offer payment at the door option?

You can only pay for your purchases with credit card and debit card. Unfortunately, we do not offer payment at the door option.

Do you ship products abroad?

We ship worldwide and all international orders are customs tax and duties included (DDP) to save our customers time and hassle of paying taxes at the border. International orders are billed and shipped within 24 hours.We use FedEx and UPS, and regional carriers if the two carriers aren't available.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Domestic orders placed before 4 PM on weekdays, excluding holidays and special days, are shipped on the same day.

 International orders are shipped within 72 hours excluding holidays and special days.

What is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free on all domestic orders.

We charge a small fixed fee based on shipping zone for international orders. You can see this fixed amount charged automatically at checkout based on your location.

Can I use my credit card safely during my shopping?

At the time of payment, your credit card information is received on a highly secure page provided by the CBRT and BRSA approved payment institution and is encrypted and processed.

Your credit card information is not seen nor stored by us. Until the sale is finalized, your payment is stored in a third bank account owned by payment firm Iyzico.

What is the return policy for my item?

Domestic orders can be returned within 7 days and international orders can be returned within 14 days, as long as the  original label is not removed and product is in mint condition.
